He is a black cat with a red nose.
History[]
His entry was that he was standing in 'Cat's Eye Bird Watchers Socity'. He was watching for birds then he saw Knothead and Splinter. He took out his 'Bird Lovers Bird Book', which actually shows the foods made from birds. He wants to make Woodpecker Pie. He has a Make-Your-Own Gingerbread House and Mexican Jumping Jelly Beans to capture Knothead and Splinter then he tried to cook Splinter. There is no source of him after that episode. He ends up being blasted in a huge dynamite bought by Knothead.
